God saves Lot and his family |
The people in Sodom and Gomorrah
were very bad people. They did bad things.
They did not love and obey God.
God was very angry.
God told Abraham he would kill all the bad people.
Abraham asked God to save Lot and his family.
God knew Lot was a good man.
He sent two men to Lot.
They said to Lot
“God is angry with the bad people in Sodom and Gomorrah.
He is going to kill them all. The towns will be burnt.
God will save you and your family.
Run away into the mountains.
Do not look back or you will die.”
Lot and his family ran away into the mountains.
But Lot’s wife looked back. She died.
Lot and his daughters lived in the mountains.
The daughters were very bad people.
They did bad things. They did not trust God.
They did not love and obey God.
