April 2008: Acts: a simple Bible Translation The EasyEnglish translation of Acts of the Apostles has recently been amended and improved. Don't miss this opportunity to find out about the adventures of the first Christians, in simple English.
February 2008: Bible Translation: From Solomon to Elijah We have now completed our Bible Translation in very simple English of the Book of 1 Kings; and this is available free to download from the EasyEnglish website.
December 2007: Bible: Gospel of Luke The EasyEnglish website contains translations of Bible books into very simple English. We have recently revised our translation of Luke's Gospel.
November 2007: Bible Translation: Leviticus This new Bible Translation of the Book of Leviticus (in the English Learners Bible series) has now passed its advanced theological check. This series is in very simple English, using a 1200 word vocabulary and simple grammar. It is available as a free download from the Internet.
October 2007: A love song: Song of Songs Our latest addition to the English Learners Bible is a simple translation of the Song of Songs.
September 2007: Gordon Churchyard's translation of Isaiah Gordon Churchyard, whose EasyEnglish Commentary on the Psalms is one of our best-used and most-appreciated books, has now written a simple Bible Translation covering the entire book of Isaiah. We are very pleased to include this book on our website.
September 2007: The English Learners Bible Our Bible Translation (with notes) in very simple English has a new name: The English Learners Bible. We hope that this name will help people to find our work; and to understand better the nature and value of this unique Bible translation. As each book is completed, we make it available online for free download.
August 2007: A simple translation of the Book of Daniel The latest addition to the EasyEnglish website is a simple Bible Translation of the Old Testament Bible Book of Daniel. This translation uses a vocabulary of just 1200 English words, to make it simpler to read and understand.
May 2007: A simple English translation of the Book of Amos Our translation of the Book of Amos uses an English language vocabulary of 1200 words and restricted grammar, in order to present this prophet's message with clarity and power.
April 2007: Ezra: a new simple Bible Translation The latest addition to our simple Bible Translation is the book of Ezra, written in EasyEnglish level A (which uses a 1200 word vocabulary)
January 2007: Joel: God promises to send his spirit This is a simple Bible Translation of the Old Testament prophetic book of Joel, with supporting notes. It is at level A, with a vocabulary of just 1200 words.
November 2006: Gospel of Matthew - a very simple translation Our translation of Matthew has now undergone revision and advanced checking. This means that all the books of the New Testament in our very Easy English series (1200 word vocabulary) are now advanced checked.
October 2006: Exodus: How God made the slaves free We are pleased to announce that a simple translation of Exodus is now available from the EasyEnglish website. This translation uses a vocabulary of just 1200 English words, and simplified grammar.
October 2006: Habakkuk - Do not be afraid This is a new, simple translation of the prophetic book of Habakkuk, written using a 1200 word vocabulary and simple grammar.
September 2006: 1 Corinthians: a landmark is reached in EasyEnglish We are very pleased to announce that our new simple English translation of 1 Corinthians is now complete and online. This book means that the entire New Testament is available at the EasyEnglish website in very simple English, with a 1200 word vocabulary.

August 2006: Nehemiah: A revised simple translation Our simple Bible translation of Nehemiah has undergone a complete revision. Like our other simple Bible translations, this uses a vocabulary of just 1200 English words, and a restricted grammar, which makes it particularly easy to understand.
June 2006: A simple translation of the Book of Numbers If you would like to study the Book of Numbers from the Old Testament in very simple English, check out our new simple translation, which uses a 1200 word vocabulary.
April 2006: Ezekiel: Announcing our new Bible Translation Now available is our new EasyEnglish Bible translation of the Book of Ezekiel. Its title is: Prophet in Babylon with a Message for Jerusalem. So, if Ezekiel is a book that you've always found difficult to understand, why not read our simple translation?
April 2006: Micah: new Bible Translation We are pleased to announce that our new translation of the Book of Micah is now available to read or download free of charge. This is in level A EasyEnglish, which uses a vocabulary of just 1200 words.
